We have been providing ASOS with regional ethical trade support throughout its main sourcing regions since 2011. Our in-country teams map and risk-assess the supply chain and undertake factory assessments. The Reassurance Network also works with ASOS on the development of its animal welfare policy and programme which has received recognition from a number of animal welfare organisations.


CDC Group is a development finance institution, owned by the UK Government, whose mission is to support the building of businesses throughout Africa and South Asia. The Reassurance Network has provided support to CDC in the UK, and also works with several of its investment portfolio partners in South Asia and Africa to help strengthen their supply chains.


Clearview is a social compliance scheme for labour recruiters and providers whose objective is to drive responsible recruitment practice in supply chains. The Reassurance Network has been a key contributor in the development of Clearview, supporting the programme with training and auditing resources.


The Reassurance Network provides auditing services to Debenhams and its suppliers in the UK.


We have been advising FatFace since 2009, initially on the set up and implementation of its ethical trade programme, and more recently providing regional ethical trade support to assess and support factories through improvement programmes. We represented FatFace at the Ethical Trading Initiative and the Bangladesh Accord on Fire and Building Safety. We also helped FatFace develop an animal welfare policy and supporting implementation materials.


The Reassurance Network carries out labour standards and working practices audits at all of Hunter Boots’ European factories to ensure they continue to meet high ethical trading standards. We also provide regional ethical trade support, including factory visits and supplier improvement programmes to Hunter Boots in China.


Since 2012 we have worked with JTI to create an industry-leading Agricultural Labour Practices programme to monitor and improve labour practices on over 40,000 tobacco farms that JTI contract directly, located in Brazil, Italy, Malawi, Serbia, Tanzania, USA and Zambia. We helped to develop JTI’s Agricultural Labour Practice standards, built systems for farm assessments, trained over 400 staff and developed dynamic data visualisation using Power BI software.


We have provided factory audits for Mulberry since 2011, helping to monitor and improve factories’ ethical trade performance in China, Turkey and the UK.


The Reassurance Network undertakes audits for New Look and its suppliers in the UK.


The Reassurance Network provides auditing services to NEXT in the UK and other key sourcing regions.


We have carried out over 5,500 factory audits for Primark in China, Europe, Turkey and the UK since 2008, helping to map, monitor and improve working conditions within its supply chain.


We worked closely with the executive management team at River Island to develop its ethical trade strategy and policy. As part of this process we used SUPPLYTALK to review River Island’s supplier relationships and to identify opportunities for improvement. We also provide River Island with regional ethical trade support in its main sourcing regions, helping suppliers and factories to improve working conditions.


The Reassurance Network provides Superdry Plc with regional ethical trade support in China, including undertaking factory visits and improvement programmes to ensure ethical trade standards are upheld across its supply chain.


We have participated in ethical trade training workshops for technical and commercial teams at Twinings. Our regional teams also provided factory audits for Twinings in Europe and Turkey and worked with them on a pilot programme to implement factory improvement plans in India.


We began working with Wiggle in 2017, providing both strategic ethical trade policy and programme development and on the ground regional ethical trade support to monitor and improve working conditions in its factories.
