Fat Face
The Reassurance Network worked on a substantial supply chain project with Fat Face, a clothing retailer with over 160 stores in the UK and international stores in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
We assisted it with its ethical supply chain management, writing policies and strategies, mapping and risk-assessing suppliers and putting in place programmes to address issues.
Following the mapping process, we identified each factory's position in terms of working conditions and environmental management, and then helped to design appropriate standards, tools and strategies to help Fat Face develop healthy and sustainable supply chains.
We have also carried out extensive ethical auditing across Fat Face's supply chain in India, Turkey, China and North Africa.
