Pentex

Pentex is a leading UK fashion designer and manufacturer whose garments sell in many of Europe's most popular fashion retail outlets. Originating in London's East End in 1968, Pentex now has a London head office and offices in Turkey and Romania, together with factories in Romania, Turkey and Moldova.

Pentex asked The Reassurance Network to develop a detailed ethical and environmental code for its factories, based on the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code. We also wrote a 75 page guidance manual which interpreted and explained each part of the Code, highlighting the principles behind the Code, common issues and best practices. The manual provided the factories with the practical information needed to meet the ethical trading requirements of Pentex's customers.
