SA Water is a government owned utility company, based in South Australia, one of the driest inhabited places on earth. It supplies water and wastewater services to 1.5 million people. SA Water asked The Reassurance Network to design and run a multi-stakeholder dialogue in Adelaide for customers, regulators, environmentalists, businesses and academics, focused on the long-term management and sustainability of water resources. The dialogue was designed to help management build a broader understanding of opportunities that could feature in future strategy planning. We helped SA Water interpret the outputs of the dialogue and build them into its strategic planning cycle.
