Stakeholder Engagement / Dialogue

Stakeholder engagement, or stakeholder dialogue, is the practice of a business communicating with those who it affects; this can be done in the form of a survey, a conference or even a personal meeting. Stakeholder engagement is an important tool in terms of corporate responsibility, as it enables a business to understand who it is they impact, and what they feel- as a result they can act accordingly and hopefully 'responsibly'.
