Supply Chain

A supply chain is the line or system of organisations involved in the making of a product; this can include the full span of a product- from the mine or farm where the raw materials are sourced, all the way to the retailer or distributor who hands the product to the end-user. The supply chain of most products will usually involve more than one company and may involve a large number.
