FRC Guidance on Audit Committees

This Financial Reporting Council (FRC) guide was designed to aid businesses in understanding and adhering to section C.3 of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance. 'The FRC Guidance', provides guidelines to business to help them set up and functionally run audit committees, as stipulated in section C.3 of the Code.
