UN Convention against Corruption

An internationally recognised convention between a number of states to clampdown on corruption. Although predominantly applicable to nation-states rather than businesses, it is certainly a convention that should be borne in mind for businesses that deal with foreign public officials- this document makes very clear the international stance on the issue of bribery and corruption in the public sector.
