Confidential Reporting Channels

The use of confidential reporting channels is now a key element in most compliance management systems, providing early warning of serious issues and a deterrent for employees or business partners. However, despite their key role, very few companies monitor the effectiveness of confidential reporting, or the likelihood that they will be used when it matters most.

We work with clients to either review existing systems, or to develop effective reporting from scratch, assessing employee preferences to develop the most appropriate channels, and then building the reporting framework to suit. We have provided support to recruit and train confidential reporting contact persons within businesses and to develop communications to raise awareness and overcome potential fears.
