E-reporting
Many organisations will be familiar with the challenges of engaging employees in corporate responsibility (CR). All too often, CR reports fail to reach the people who matter most in an organisation, resulting in opportunities being lost to use their talents and skills in CR initiatives.
E-Report uses elearning to bring the CR report to life, effectively communicating the main areas of performance to employees at all levels and engaging them to think carefully about how they can contribute. Typically the elearning follows the theme of the report, providing background, highlighting key areas and presenting quizzes and cases that test knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of the issues.
