Ethical Conduct Training

Ethical Conduct Training

Eukleia Training has worked with us to develop a new generation of elearning to help employees understand and adopt high standards of business ethics and integrity. The content is based around the experiential learning model developed by David Kolb, which defines four distinct learning styles. Our ethical conduct modules cater for all four of these styles by engaging the participant in a diverse range of situations, scenarios, challenges and exercises. These are designed to probe and explore the limits of codes and standards using realistic examples, going beyond simple training to develop a detailed understanding of how standards should be interpreted and applied.

At the heart of each module is a set of dilemmas that are designed to question a participant's personal ethics and to highlight where these may differ from organisational standards. Answers can be confidential, or can be tracked using the client's Learning Management System.
