For customers or retailers we provide strategic and operational input into developing policies, mapping supply chains, setting and communicating standards, training buyers, training factories, interpreting findings and grading risks, as well as communicating with NGOs and the media.
For suppliers and their factories we provide help to understand standards, tools to help them improve, guidelines on complex areas and a range of training to cover the main areas of ethical codes. We also work with factories directly to help improve quality, productivity and engagement with workers.
In China, we offer a unique workers hotline via our associate partner, ICO. The hotline provides workers with the means to contact a specialist about any concerns, from personal problems with health, finance or relationships, to specific work-related areas. The hotline is free to over 15,000 workers and is expanding as an increasing number of factories see the benefits.

ICO
In China, The Reassurance Network has a strong partnership with The Institute of Contemporary Observation (ICO). ICO is a civil organisation for labour law and CSR, founded in 2001 by Liu Kaiming and the first of its kind on the Chinese Mainland.
