Assessment & Assurance of Safety Management

At the Reassurance Network we have experience of reviewing and improving health and safety management across a number of sectors, ranging from some of the world's largest energy companies to small manufacturing companies.

We can assess the degree to which safety management is working; researching levels of awareness and understanding and making sure that safety is at the forefront of strategic and operational decisions. We assess whether key messages and communications are reaching their intended audiences, and whether lessons and best practices are being effectively shared across business units and geographical regions. This can be incorporated into a broader review of Corporate Responsibility management, or provided as a separate service.

We work to provide assurance to management and to employees that Health & Safety management is effective, approaching each client individually- identifying the key issues for them and offering advice on future improvements and programmes.
