The Reassurance Network has extensive experience assuring Corporate Responsibility systems and activities. Assuming we have not been involved in the development of a lottery's policies or systems, we are happy to provide external, independent assessment against EL and WLA standards in a way that adds value and promotes improvement.

We were commissioned by the EL to write the assessment framework for the EL Responsible Gaming Standard.
European Responsible Gaming Standards
The ERGS were released by the European Lotteries (EL) in 2007. The standards had a number of objectives, but broadly it was to ensure integrity in the industry, stipulate clear rules for EL membership, identify and promote RG best practice and to protect the interest of players.
World Lottery Asssociation
The WLA is an international trade organisation that represents 140 lotteries from 70 countries around the world. One of its central aims is to promote Responsible Gaming through its Responsible Gaming Framework.
