Jasjit is a qualified lead auditor with a background in HR, production & quality management. He has a master's degree in business administration with a specialisation in HR as well as postgraduate diplomas in the fields of industrial psychology, personnel management & industrial relations. He also has 20 years experience working in senior management within sport and garment factories.

As a SA8000 lead auditor and WRAP certified, Jasjit has completed more than 200 audits over the past 5 years in a variety of forms - SA-8000, BSCI, WRAP, ETI and COC. As well as this, he has been involved in research projects for the UN Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and has a strong knowledge of labour laws and production & quality management.
