Mr Li joined ICO in 2004, after spending 3 years as a Technical Officer in a large manufacturing company in Anhui. He is a trained SA8000 lead ethical auditor, and his particular expertise is in health and safety and environmental law and their respective implementation in China. He has conducted more than 350 ethical audits and took part in delivering training programmes both externally and internally, including a joint manager/ worker-training course for SAI.
