Mr Xu Jin

Mr Xu commenced employment at ICO in 2007, and has trained to become a part-time ethical auditor based in Shanghai. He has now completed over 50 audits. Mr Xu graduated from the Financial Management Department of Nanjing University in 2000 and has been volunteering at Shanghai Loving Home Volunteer Association, where he previously worked as an employee. He served as a project manager of the Sunflower project for the education of foreign workers' children.

In 2006, Mr Xu became the director of Shanghai RENDU Management Consulting Co., Ltd. RENDU, which is a social enterprise focusing on CSR improvement within Chinese enterprises.
