Ms Zhou Allison

Allison joined ICO in February 2009 and became the assistant to the Executive Director in 2011. Besides assisting the Executive Director with administrative work, Allison also acts as the manager of the Social Audit Department and is a qualified SA8000 lead auditor, conducting over 120 ethical audits around China and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining ICO, Allison worked as an English teacher and then as an assistant to the General Manager of a large international engineering company. Here she gained experience in international trading and business exhibiting, and further developed her skills in coordination and negotiation in fluent business English.

After studying for an MA in English literature, her considerable admin and English skills have also leant themselves to the role of lead client liaison officer and she plays an important part in revising and formulating English reports and documents.
